Refund Policy

Your Satisfaction is our top priority!

For any concerns regarding your order, please reach out to our dedicated customer support team. They are ready to help you resolve any issues you may encounter.

Refund is possible if:

  • Your generated paystub with our paystub generator is not delivered to you in your inbox within 24 hours
  • You have already submitted the request for a corrected pay stub, but you were not able to get the corrected copy within 24 hours.
  • You paid twice for the same stub

Refund is not possible if:

  • You don’t like the colour, look, and feel of the generated paystub.
  • It’s not useful for you anymore.
  • If you didn’t get your generated paystub, you can contact our live support or contact us, or you can request a resend order, but you won’t be provided with a refund.
  • You feel the calculations are incorrect.
  • Details like complete changes in employer name, employee name, or pay period cannot be corrected and are hence non-refundable. Please note that minor corrections like spelling mistakes in the employee’s name and employer’s name can be made. Still, the sole decision of what is to be corrected and what is not is completely the decision of our support team.
  • We have mentioned that the first stub is free, and we provide a free stub considering many parameters to check your uniqueness. If you are a first-time user but not a unique user as per our system, you won’t get a free stub, and the price is non-refundable.
  • Please note that stub correction requests made after 48 hours of stub creation will not be entertained and will not be considered. If you fail to contact us within 48 hours, you will have to start stub creation from scratch, which is non-refundable.
  • Anything that is not included in refunds is non-refundable.

Requesting a Refund

If you're still not satisfied with your order, you may request a refund within 30 days of the purchase date.

Once your refund request is submitted, please allow 24 to 48 hours for us to process it. The refunded amount should reflect in your account within 7 to 10 business days.

If you haven’t received the refund after 10 business days, we recommend checking with your bank, as processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
